Tri Clamp Baiting Valve
Tri Clamp baiting valves are commonly used in pneumatic conveying systems. For positive pressure systems or negative pressure drying, powdery or granular materials fall by gravity into the star-shaped vane chambers on the top and sides. The vane rotor is driven by a low-speed pneumatic motor (speed adjustable), and when the impeller rotates to the lower part, the powder is discharged by gravity, continuously and uniformly feeding into the next container. This effectively overcomes the drawbacks of ordinary butterfly valves that cannot control the discharging speed and quantity.
