Half Ball Valve
Half ball valves are suitable for discharging from single cones or tanks. To meet different operating conditions, they can be equipped with bottom drainage, spherical purge, or inflatable bladder sealing functions.
- Bottom drainage: Enables online emptying of liquid accumulation at the tank bottom (optional bottom filter screen size).
- Spherical purge: Can be connected to clean gas for purging and drying undried materials at the tank bottom.
- Inflatable bladder sealing: Features zero friction, zero detachment, and high tightness, significantly extending the service life of the valve seal.
This valve adopts a fully sanitary design with internal CIP cleaning capability. It is suitable for various media, including liquids, powders, and particles.
